Virtual Solar University recruits remote solar appointment setters. We use SMS text messaging to communicate with people who have applied to one of our job postings. Messages relate to the hiring process only. Typical messages include:
This is a recruiting and hiring program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales offers through this program, and we do not use it to advertise solar products to consumers.
You receive messages from us only after you take an affirmative action that provides us your mobile number for hiring purposes. That happens in one of these ways:
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of being considered for any position. If you would rather not be texted, you can opt out at any time using the instructions below and we will continue your application by phone or email.
Message frequency varies and depends on where you are in the hiring process. Most candidates receive a handful of messages between applying and starting. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send and receive. We do not charge you for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts from
that number immediately. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will
receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
Reply HELP at any time for help and contact information. To
resume messages after opting out, reply START.
Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your job application. If you also want to withdraw your application or have your information deleted, contact us using the details in section 7.
Our messaging program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and resellers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
